To manage Core HR activities as under:
 
Employee Life Cycle Management that would include job Satisfaction measures , Grievance handling , Exits , Skips , Retention and Attrition Management , policy updation , Growth and Internal job postings , Compensation and Benefits .
Min work experience of 10 years with 4 years in International BPO Line HR . Shoudl have managed an operations floor size of 200 plus.
 
Shoudl be a minmum of Deputy Manager / Manager in current role.
