Terms and Conditions for (Light Vehicle Driver)
1. Minimum qualification: 8th-10th pass (Basic English
Communication is must).
2. Indian Driving License is a must. License should
be minimum five years old.
3. Age Limit: Minimum 25 years to 35 years.

Fresher Preferred, NO GCC EXPERIENCE
5. Contract will be for two years
6. Candidates
are selected for anywhere in the UAE.
7. Starting salary 700 AED. After every
two consecutive quarterly positive reviews (6 months increment of 5%)

Training in UAE for minimum 20 days. Full basic Salary during training.
9.
Leave will be after two years (Paid).
10. Daily duty hour are10 + 1hour
compulsory OVER TIME morning, afternoon or nights (one hour break included).
11. Working six days a week
12. 50 % of the total tip per location is
distributed among the staff, while the rest to other staff
13. Company will
provide free accommodation.
14. FOOD IS PROVIDED BY THE COMPANY ( THREE DAILY
MEALS)
15. Free UAE license (First attempt)
16. Free Transportation
17. Free
uniform/laundry
18. Performance based Monthly bonus
19. Overtime for 06 AED.
Per hour.
20. Leave will be after two years. (Paid)
21. Luxury Car Training
certification.
22. Valet Parking Certification from KAWADER
23. Other benefits
as per the UAE labor law. o/c 60
