Duties & Responsibilities
Lead independent project management and delivery on HR advisory modules/assignments in Bahrain
Manage all requirements related to job set up, risk management and project management & reporting
Ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and successful closures
Work on development of new HR consulting tools and approaches to augment existing ones
Support business development initiatives by generating leads from existing and new clients and proposal development support.
Desired Profile (Man Specifications):
MBA from a premier business school
The person should have 7-10 years of work experience
The consulting experience should be atleast 6 years and should be in a consulting role in the present organisation
Client engagement , team handling experience in mandatory.
