The Business Technology Manager will drive the firms efforts to grow the technology space in Europe (primarily in Information Management, Business Intelligence and Business Process automation projects). Coach, mentor, and conduct training programs in business intelligence

Required Skills:
Must have life sciences experience in Europe
Currently leading business development in Europe and delivery across projects in a tier-1 IT/analytics services firm (large scale outsourcing project experience is a must)
Strong technology background in the Business Intelligence area (working on multiple DW/DM solutions, solutions requiring application configuration and rollout, covering various ETL/DB/BI technologies
Solution architecture experience is a must
Deep knowledge of technology and the ability to apply it to creating business solutions
Strong credentials and demonstrated success in technology delivery with associated certifications and industry recognition
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in oral and written form
Preferred Skills:
Significant supervisory, coaching and hands-on project management skills
Ability to work within a virtual (off-shore) team environment and contribute to the overall timely delivery of multiple projects
Experience in sales and marketing
Managers have 10+ years of broad based expertise in technology solutions delivery with special emphasis on commercial effectiveness business solutions (e.g. business intelligence, CRM, mobility.)
Required Skills:
