Job Description :
6- 8 yrs of experience in Enterprise Server Administration.
Should have both Cisco and Microsoft Certification
Windows Server, Exchange Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP Configuration.
Clusters Managing, WSUS SCCM, Virtualization Management, Storage and Backup, VNX Series Data Recovery.
Network Performance Tuning, LAN Knowledge, Network Design and Implementation, Problem Solving, Strategic Planning,
Multi-tasking, Quality Focus, Coordination, Technical Understanding.
CISCO Routers, Switches, IP Telephony, Video Conferencing Systems.
Deep technical knowledge and practical hands-on of applicable systems outlined below:
1: Windows 2008/2012 R2 Domain and multi-domain environment.
a. Active Directory

c. Printer Server
d. Folder Redirections
e. Group Policies
f. DNS & DHCP
2. Microsoft Exchange 2010/2013.
3. Symantec Anti-Virus and Symantec Enterprise Vault 10.x (Email Archiving).

6. CISCO Voice Telephony System.
General Duties:
1. Develop strategies for client/server implementations; architect the infrastructure required to support those strategies.
2. Lead, coordinate and participate in key process improvements as they relate to the client/server environment.
3. Manage all servers and network hardware equipment, including routers, switches, hubs, CISCO IP Telephony and UPS.
4. Maintain and expand the existing network architecture and apply best network security practices. ,
5. Act as the project lead in the design and review of new server systems, applications, and hardware; conduct capacity planning as needed.
6. Coordinate and collaborate with the IT Department in Planning and Engineering activities.
7. Function to ensure availability, reliability, and scalability of corporate servers to meet business demands.
8. Serve as cornerstone for solving critical server and networking issues
9. Perform file system configuration and management; define and perform server backups and recovery procedures.
10. Plan and implement server upgrades, maintenance fixes, and IT Service Provider-supplied patches.
12. Monitor and test system performance and provide performance statistics and reports on a timely basis.
14. Manage enterprise directory services and supporting server infrastructure.
15. Establish and implement policies, procedures, and technologies (including firewalls) to ensure server security.
16. Assist in designing and implementing data center/server room security features,
including HVAC control, environmental alarms, access restrictions, and so on.
17. Define and implement strategies for integrating disparate operating environments.
18. Recommend and execute modifications to server environment in order to improve efficiency, reliability, and performance of client.
19. Conduct research on server hardware, software, and protocols in support of procurement and development efforts.
20. Develop and maintain training materials and server documentation.
21. Perform other IT related duties, as assigned by client
