Work Profile: 
  • To sell Residential / Commercial properties of India to NRI Clients for end use or investment.
  • Participate in International Property Exhibitions and generate leads for Sales.
  • Responsible for setting processes for pre-launches and launches.
  • Conduct outbound call and Email activity for lead generation.
  • To empanel Channel Partners and manage them for Sales / Business Development.
  • Make Corporate Tie-ups and conduct/run activities for lead generation, business development, brand visibility, etc.
  • Competitor analysis to keep abreast with the real estate market happenings.
  • Ensure smooth sales administration in terms of billing, collections, customer correspondences, MIS reports etc.
  • Monitor the sales activities for the project and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Provide regular feedback on potential Sales and operating issues to Management.
  • The candidate should also have good knowledge and exposure in After Sales Customer Care and services related activities to facilitate smooth handover of possession to customer.
  • The Candidate should be Graduate and preferably be MBA in Marketing with minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Realty Industry.
