Customer Project Manager (Romania & Italy)



Job Description
You are willing to take on a big responsibility for managing projects. You are experienced Project Manager in driving large and complex customer projects and you have a proven track record. You enjoy working closely with customers and know how to manage customer relationships to achieve the best results. You have a good understanding and interest for telecom industry. Planning and organizing are two of your strong characteristics and you are able to see the bigger picture. You are self-motivated, with the drive to solve problems and expand your knowledge. You are result-oriented, have good communication and cooperation skills. You also create motivation and energy among your project members.


Experience from managing customer / managed services projects for at minimum 5 years
A recognized project-management qualification (PMP, PRINCE 2, other) preferred
A university degree or equivalent
Excellent leadership skills and human skills
Ability to communicate project matters clearly and timely to co-workers and to management
Mandatory good written and spoken English and Russian Willingness to travel 70% of the time in Russia and former soviet states


Responsibilities:

Planning, managing and controlling the project as well as handing over the project outcome to the support organization and its customer for future handling and maintenance
Accomplishing project objectives within scope, cost, time, quality limits etc. defined in the project specification
Project stakeholders' management
Management and control of risks and changes in a technical and commercial environment.
