Experience: 10 to 16 yrs.
- Management of Business Development of the Pharmaceutical Formulations.
- The responsibility includes, but not limited to:
- Develop business for RLSs range of pharmaceutical products ( through Govt tenders as well as tie-ups with pharmaceutical distribution / pharmacies).
- Develop the Sales and distribution network for product sales.
- Budgeting (Revenue and Costs).
- Liasoning with Regulatory agencies in consultation with the regulatory group.
- Good leadership qualities.
- Good written and oral communication skill.
- Good execution ability.
- Negotiation and co-ordination skill.
- Good motivator and guide.
