Job description
Build the statistical function, institutional knowledge and manage a group of statisticians
Responsible for resource planning, hiring and thought leadership for the group at large.
Providing the content lead on projects involving strong functional expertise and domain knowledge
Development of training modules and imparting training to the group.
Leading teams on predictive modeling / segmentation projects
Train team members on skills needed for successful project execution
Skill Set Required
3-4 years experience in SAS modeling
Knowledge of statistical software like CART/ Decision Tree/ Enterprise Miner/ SPSS is an added benefit
Ability to identify and solve issues effectively on time
Good knowledge of MS Office, SQL and MS Access packages
Excellent communication skills
Good interpersonal skills
Excellent level of English - verbal and written
Education and experience
Master/ PhD in Statistics with 7+ years of relevant experience in analytics
SAS trained and extremely proficient in targeting/ forecasting/ econometric/ predictive modeling
The company will be taking care of flight tickets to Chile (including one repatriation ticket), work permit/visa to work in Chile, first three weeks free accommodation in Chile.
