Job Description :
1. Provide Civil Project with advice and support to effectively implement HSE
2. Ensuring all controls identified on Hazards/Aspect and Risk/ Impact assessment are fully implemented.
3. Ensure PTWs, Signage, control PPE etc,. Are implemented on site
4. Inspect all tools and 3rd party inspections of equipment are in place
5. Review and identify any changes to the method statements and identify any other residual risks with HSE team
6. Support Road safety section in inspecting vehicles on a daily basis and record/ report the data to the road safety section.
7. Support HSE lead in camp inspections ( clinic, Accommodation , Kitchen, Recreation, etc.)
8. Report all work area incidents including LTIs, Fatalities, Near Misses, RTA, etc)
9. Participate in Incident Investigations and Implement lateral learning.
10. Promote the use of safety behavioral tools such as STOP and TBT within the Project, manage data to improve safety behavior of staff
11. Support HSE Audits and implement recommendations striving to maintain ISO 14001 compliance ( including journey management, Incident investigation, etc )

Special Skills required : Computer Skill, Communication Skills, Driving Skills
Education : Minimum 2 years of Diploma in HSE ( Attested by Ministry of External Affair), NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA
Age : less than 40 years
Other Qualification and Condition : Min 4 years as HSE Advisor, OMAN Experience
