The person will be over all responsible for efficient operation of the Plant to meet with Production targets.
Ensure achievement of Quality Production.
Implement Innovative ideas to maximize production.
Provide exemplary leadership to line staff for dedicated service to the organization.
Qualified Printing and converting Technologist/Engineer
The Candidate should have good Knowledge of printing and converting process.
Should have good Knowledge of the substrates for Various Applications.
Printing Technologist with Engineering Background will be Preferred.
Should be able to handle manpower effectively on Shop floor.
Ensure efficient Operation with minimal line losses.
Should have worked in similar capacity in one of the established Flexible Packaging Organization.
