Managing complete factory operations in terms of Production, Quality Control and Raw Material Procurement, of The food processing Industries
Handling diversified projects independently with setting up operations & viability of project.
Monitoring the progress of the new projects.
Procurement and liaising of farm machinery and farm inputs.
Monitoring & coordination for the processing of raw material like soybean & rice paddy.
Timely training and capacity building of people in the plant.
Quality specifications to comply with various standards.
Monitoring & evaluation of compliance as well as progress as per various standards and social initiative undertaken for farm project as well as processing units and improvise to make it better.
Coordination with certification bodies to facilitate external inspections / audits, issuance of scope certificate & transaction certificates etc.

Degree in agriculture or any Agro economics or related field.

Well adapted to work under foreign management
Ability to initiate actions and carry out assigned tasks without close supervision
Ability to comprehend oral and written instructions and to communicate effectively with staff.
Ability to undertake a number of tasks concurrently.
To organize and carry out work schedules and accurately recording results
Capacity to learn new skills and to adapt to changes in procedures and situations when required.
Has thorough working knowledge in computers.
Position would report to the CEO of the company.
