Project Planning & Execution

Managing project activities and handling the complete cycle of the project management through planning, tracking project progress, and taking necessary measures to stay on course.
Supervising all construction activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction & coordination with site management.
Site & Construction Management / Resource Planning
Anchoring on-site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time & cost parameters and effective resource utilisation to maximise the output.
Preparing and reviewing of method statements and developing work specific quality control plans.
Ensuring procurements are in accordance with schedule, quantity & quality.
Conducting quantity survey & cost estimation for services works.
Acted as extra responsibility of site commercial.
Quality control and quality check of the site works to the Client/Consultant satisfaction.

Working location - Armenia

Qualification B.Tech / Diploma (Civil Engineering) (Regular/ Full-time)
Experience - 6 to 12 years in Infrastructure / Oil & Gas / Power Industry
