Onshore Manager for Greater Boston, USA

YOUR ROLE
You will report to the BU Manager or Vice President. The role would be based out of the client site in the Greater Boston area. He/she must be versatile in multiple types of marketing communications and possess the ability to move quickly and comfortably between projects while maintaining timely, accurate and high-quality work. This role requires a self-motivated individual with a desire to work in a team environment.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES 
Responsible for on-ground facilitation and coordination with the client team, where required, to ensure efficient offshore operations
Participate in design/team reviews and risk assessments at the clients end 
Report any delays and deviations to the Offshore Manager
Work with multiple stakeholders 
Ability to read and understand documents and information provided by the client and detect inconsistencies (if needed)
Propose process changes where required
Promote ongoing internal meetings with the client team
Must be able to work flexible hours (if needed)

REQUIRED SKILLS 

Masters Degree in Advertising, Design or any related discipline
At least 10-15 years of experience in a client-facing project management/account management role. Prior advertising production experienced is mandatory, and additional retail experience would be beneficial.
Have a solid understanding and working knowledge of standard design tools, 
along with prior team and project management experience. 
Strong written, verbal, analytical and interpersonal skills
Hands on experience of Microsoft Office programs (including MS Project)
Ability to work under pressure and solve problems.
Ability to understand projects from a financial perspective 
Client oriented - a good communicator with an international mindset
Flexible and cooperative with a well-developed team spirit
Must be able to deal with a flexible process that is ever evolving to meet the clients' needs
Comfortable working under pressure within tight deadlines
Must foster a positive team atmosphere
