Checking, verification and posting of all financial transactions:
•Checking, verification and posting all cash & bank transactions in the system. Ensuring accurate accounting as per IFRS. 
•Coordinating the preparation of payments after approval of Directors and responsible for disbursement of cheques.
•Controlling the GL account,
•Monitoring the daily sales in outlets 
•Managing the Barcodes system
•Monitoring and posting the purchasing invoices
•Entering the prices list
•Verification of Royalty payments.
•Doing the forecasting 
•Preparation of budget
•Controlling the monthly Inventory and organizing the periodic inventory systems
•Preparing the forecasting for the stor
Reconciliation of Bank Accounts:
•Responsible to prepare Monthly Bank Reconciliations of various local accounts pertaining to the above unit 
Intercompany reconciliation

•Responsible for following intercompany reconciliation on monthly basis:
1.Tire Stop Trading 
2.Tire Agency 
3.Bridgestone 
4.Middle East 

Tenancy Contracts management:
•Keeping track of expiries of tenancy contracts of outlets and the Postdated cheques issued against them
Trade License management:
•Keeping track of trade licenses expiry of all tire stop outlets and arranging for their renewals.
Filling of Bank forms :
•Filling up of bank forms relating to online bank access and TR forms and coordinating to submit the same to Bank
Reports :
•Preparing the monthly financial

Minimum Qualification:
• Graduate in Commerce/ any other relevant / equivalent degree in Finance
Minimum Experience:
• Over 8 years of overall experience with 5 year as Accountant in Retail 
Specific Skills:
•Expert In Excel 
•Microsoft Office
•Microsoft Dynamic Navision 
•ERP Finance Module posting level (advantage)
Generic Skills:
•English Language

Responsible for checking and posting of all cash and bank transactions in compliance with the laid down process and procedures of the company and International Financial Reporting Standards.
Responsible for preparation of required reports for management in the given time line.
