Key Accountabilities:
As HR Manager for this growing organization you will manage the key HR operations side of the business and implement processes that are already in place and develop in areas that are in need of change.
Manage the recruitment and selection process for the Company a major role will include the organization of intensive recruitment drives and where necessary In Country events in India or other South Asia host countries for Project specific recruitment drives.
You will be the lead in implementing an HRIS system and be responsible for overseeing its development and maintenance.
Act as a point of contact to HR staff across the business, providing generalist advice when needed.
Manage liaison with clients and Project Directors, to ensure personnel needs are achieved for successful tenders and providing ongoing support to staff members engaged on live contracts.
Provide an efficient and HR service, reporting to the Divisional Directors to ensure that the overall HR structure supports organizational objectives and values.
The Person
A professional HR Manager with key operational experience.
At least 15 years post graduate experience in HR, the last five of which should be in a senior position/HR Manager
A CIPD qualification or relevant degree qualification is desirable and/or relevant working experience.
Proven established links with recruitment agencies /manpower supply agencies in India, to facilitate the rapid hiring of engineering professionals for the Environmental Engineering and Oil and Gas Industries in Oman
Past experience in Oman or gulf state is desirable but not a necessity.
Experience of providing support in a wide range of HR processes such as employee relations, recruitment campaigns and implementing HR IS'.
Fluent in English written and spoken
