Commercial Assistant - Purchase for Oman

    Urgently looking for a Candidate having experience of atleast 4-6 Years in Purchase,handling Documentation of Delivery Orders, Invoice Preparation Etc.

    Work Location: Oman ( Muscat)

    Should have worked extensively on ERP

    Job Responsibilities are as follows:

    • To assist in commercial for delivery orders, invoices and deliveries
    • To assist in Delivery Order and invoice preparation in the system
    • To assist in tracking posted Goods Inwards, taking prints and LPO copies from respective files which are required as supporting documents for deliveries.
    • To maintain delivery order tracking register to monitor delivery acknowledgements and other supporting documents such as installation reports, RVs etc.
