Implementation of standard operating procedures
Overseeing the day-to-day management of the store in accordance with overall company policy.
Developing plans to improve the commercial performance of the store by increasing its turnover and maximising profitability.
Managing stock levels and making key decisions about stock control.
New-Set ups/Expansions
Conducting feasibility study and profit evaluations for new network expansion projects.
Establishing new retail stores for revenue enhancement and greater market penetration.
Business Development / Business Operations
Implementing business strategies for tapping unexplored avenues, developing & expanding market share towards the achievement of revenue & profitability targets.
Analysing latest marketing trends and tracking competitors activities and providing valuable inputs for fine tuning sales & marketing strategies.
Team Management
Managing and motivating the team for increasing the sales and ensuring their efficiency.
Establishing and maintaining a working relationship with all support staff and supervisors.
Overseeing the recruitment, development, training and counselling of all associates.
Identifying the training needs and ensuring that these are met and supported effectively.
Preferred Candidate who -
- Have handled -
* Business of - 20-100 Crore / Annum
* Team size - 25- 75 people
* Experience in - Large Format Retail Background is mandatory
* Candidate should have excellent communication Skills & Pleasing personality
Should be excellent in communication & pleasing personality.
You are required to have experience in Apparel & Accessories segment with any large format store.
