Position- Base Manager
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
An engineering degree or higher diploma.
Most important is a capacity to understand new technology
Computer literacy required
A minimum of 7 to 15 years upstream oil field experience will be added advantage
Good knowledge and experience of the local environment
Good technical mind, inquisitive and keen to learn a new technology.
Experience of working in Nigerian environment will be added advantage
Some experience of people management
Inquisitive and open minded
Rigorous and reliable, able to apply company procedures (and help them evolve)
Autonomous, interested and capable of being his own boss
Interested in field work, customer relations, and all aspects of running a business
Interested in developing a fascinating new technology with enormous potential over several years.
Job Location - Lagos, Nigeria
Job Rotation - Rotation 6 months ON 3 week OFF/4 month 3 weeks off
Salary: Excellent package for deserving candidates with good credentials.
Working Schedule: Long term
