Cost Controller for Chowking Restaurant in Dubai



    Nationality: Indian, Filipino
      Prepares, recommends, audits, Analyzes, Consolidates & reports all costs & pricing related to Food, Manufacturing, Production, Paper & packaging & operational supplies
        - With excellent English communication skills
        - With a degree in Accounting with good scholastic records in a reputable school; with masters, an advantage
        - Experience in the Middle East is an advantage
        - Computer savvy
        - With relevant Accounting and F&B Cost Control experience for at least 4-9 years
        - Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

        - Extensive knowledge in Cost Management involving the ff:
        1. Central Kitchen/Commissary/Manufacturing Set-up
        2. Restaurant
        3. Menu engineering
        4. New recipe pricing and batch production pricing
        5. Yield rationalization
        6. Food Cost and Variance Analysis
        7. MIS Reporting
        8. Store/Outlet MTD/YTD reports
        9. Central Kitchen/Commissary/Manufacturing Yield Management
