- Give nutrition support to in and out patients by assessing their nutritional status.
Recommend appropriate dietary intake.
Interpret the diet recommendation for patients as indicated/endorsed by nurses or doctors in diet list.
Update nutritional needs of the patients by referring to doctors order.
Compute tube feeding preparation for patients that need enteral support.
Supervise the completeness and accuracy of the food served in the tray line.
Prepare patient census and special diet requests and give to kitchen staff.
