The position would be responsible for handling the complete Shop operations i.e. Supply Chain Management, Sales, Administration, Merchandising.
Drive Sales through assigned Retail shop to achieve budgeted
Complete shop operational requirements by scheduling and assigning duties to employees
Maintains shop staff by orienting, and training staff. Maintain Shop staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising.
Identify current and future customer requirements & build rapport with potential customers.
Ensure availability of merchandise maintain inventories.
Timely floor price update; sales promotion; clearance sales and monitoring trends.
Work on display plans.
Ensures smooth admin & hygiene of shop/staff
The desired profile will be any Graduate/Post Graduate candidate with strong communication skills & possessing minimum 5yrs. experience in Store Sales & Operations. Experience in Managing multiple outlets would be an added advantage.
