Required Sales Manager in Sharjah from construction industry in Building materials like Roofing, Cladding.
Experience: 8 yrs direct relevant experience
Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability, Prepare action plans for individual subordinates as well as by team for effective search and accommodation of sales leads and prospects to transform them into clients/sales orders, Initiate and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets, Ensure timely response and follow up to all relevant enquiries, quotations and proposals, Generate relevant reports and studies as per Top Management requirements,
Assist and coordinate in the development and implementation of marketing plans and activities as needed, Responsible for the performance and development of subordinates, Provides timely feedback to Top Management regarding performance, Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team, Insures that subordinates meet or exceed all standards and Top Management expectations in terms of efficiency and outcome, Sets examples for subordinates in areas of personal character, commitment, organizational and selling skills, and work habits.
Conducts regular coaching and counseling with subordinates to build motivation and selling skills, Maintains regular contact with new, potential and existing clients in to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Qualification :Any Graduate
Age-Below 45
