Roles & Responsibilities:
    Collaborate with the Partner and Managing Director and the project team to plan and implement effective recruiting strategies for Technology or Consulting positions. 
    Insure job profiles and position requirements are aligned with business objectives. 
    Understand the client company, the market they are in, the products they produce, the strategic direction of the company, and the specifics surrounding the role we are working to fill. 
    Serve as an ambassador of our firm when reaching out to candidates ; cold calling candidates for positions and acting professionally in representing the firm. 
    Identify and the best mix of resources to source top talent using our research function, job boards, web searches, referrals and industry - specific sources. 
    Develop position - specific screening questionnaires. 
    Recruit, assess, and hire top talent. 
    Identify, screen and present top talent to clients. 
    Work with research team as assignments change / evolve. 
    Manage candidates throughout the interview process. 
    Leverage candidate tracking systems to ensure future searches leverage all data gathered during the process. 
    Negotiate and present offers and close selected candidates. 

    DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES: 
    Contacting candidates, following-up with candidates, and managing candidate pipeline.
    Scheduling interviews, briefing and debriefing candidates before and after interviews.
    Maintaining timely documentation of all conversations with candidates within our internal database. 
    Assisting in generating leads from conversations with candidates.
    Presenting candidates to our management team applying high quality standards.
    Posting job descriptions on job boards, and tracking posting status and results.
    Coordinating with Sales Director for new business.
    Assisting the Sales Director with New accounts where business can be sourced for iCrest.
    Track headcount gaps and determine appropriate time to fill.
    Align headcount priorities between departments to meet business needs and develop job profiles for positions being recruited.
