Criteria for Candidates:
Decent presentation and communication skills.
They should have a good energy and drive.
They should be a B2C sales profiles.
Industries Real Estate, Life Insurance, Wealth Management, Door to Door sales, Timeshare. Do not look at people from the Bancassurance vertical
Interview process 2 rounds of skype and then the face to face in Mumbai on the given dates.
