Leading Contracting Company looking for " On Job Trainer" from Oil Process plant experience (Upstream preferred)
Contract Duration : 1 Year
Position 1: On Job Trainer for Mechanical Department
Position 2: On Job Trainer for Electrical Department
Position 3: On Job Trainer for Mechanical Department
Position 4: On Job Trainer for Instrument Department
Principal abilities
a. Develop and deliver comprehensive competence-based Mechanical & Maintenance training programs.
b. Develop effective training materials and when required utilise multimedia equipment and techniques for use in formal group presentation or by individuals for self-access, as required.
c. Assess effectiveness of training delivered against training and competencies required.
d. Record and report trainees' progress against the training plan.
e. Undertake such further duties as required to facilitate or enhance training activities.
f. Ensure that delivered training is HSE focused and orientated and that HSE plans and activities are supported and carried out effectively.
g. Undertake such further duties as required to facilitate or enhance Company training activities.
