Job Description:-
JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for acquisition, growth and development of Employee Banking business through provision of high value relationship based, sales and service to corporate supported by CVP/multi-product offering (payroll and cross-sales) aimed at meeting corporate and employee needs.
Responsible for overall corporate performance and profitability
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Generic Responsibilities:
Liaise and manage relationship with key decision makers of these corporate who are largely CEOs, CFOs and HR directors of a corporate.
Facilitate sales of payroll accounts and cross sell of asset and wealth product in corporate
Own and drive the bundling agenda and targets from assigned corporate.
Liaise with dedicated service team to ensure that all individual customer queries are dealt with promptly.
Verify that potential customers satisfy all criteria required of a desired customer profile as outlined by the bank.
Derive insight to competitors sales activities and effectively report them to the Sales Manager/Territory manager.
Maximize sales referral opportunities by working with customer service colleagues.
Deliver service to customers that are synonymous with the consumer brand experience being promoted by the organization.
Corporate Responsibilities
Identify potential corporate within identified industry segment that meets our targeting criteria.
Pitch employee business proposition to targeted corporate and sign up new corporate.
Responsible for empanelling new corporate in accordance to the corporate empanelment/listing procedure.
Manages the relationship of a pool of new and existing corporate aimed at deepening corporate relationship thereby increasing employee penetration, performance and profitability.
Conduct regular scheduled visits and develop constant engagement with all corporate aligned to country engagement model and strategy
