Job description:
Infrastructure management -
- Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
- Setup, monitor and maintain desktops, printers, server room
- Assist users to resolve system issues; troubleshoot hardware or software faults
- Assist server and network maintenance activities
- Performance daily tape backup operation
- Co-ordinate with head office team in managing IT operation
Insurance application support -
- First level understand users queries, solve it in preliminary level. If not then log a call in vendor portal and follow up.
- Application level testing as when required.
- Application level configuration to be done as when required.
- Vendor co-ordination and follow ups.
English fluency is must.
Knowledge on insurance market is an added value.
