Qatar Petroleum (QP) is a state-owned public corporation established by Emiri Decree No. 10 in 1974. It is responsible for all phases of the oil and gas industry in the State of Qatar. Job Title: COMPENSATION 
HEAD - HR

Department

Primary purpose of job 

Develops, monitors and implements Corporate Compensation and Reward programs for QP in line with strategic divisional objectives; taking into consideration internal equity, external competitiveness, adherence to internal company policies and legal compliance of pay practices. 

Experience & Skills 

1. Minimum of10 years experience in the Total Rewards field. 
2. At least five of which are in a supervisory role. 
3. Oil and Gas experience preferred. 
4. Experience in working in a global organization. 

Education 
1. Graduate of Business Studies/ Mathematics - preference towards aquantitative major (Accounting - Finance). 
2. Post graduate degree in Business or Human Resources. 
3. Current holder of a Global Remuneration Professional Certificate (GRP). 


Job Title: SECONDMENT COORDINATOR - HR 

Department 

HUMAN RESOURCES 

Primary purpose of job 

Support the Secondment processes by reviewing and coordinating Joint Venture, Technical Services and Secondment 
Agreements to ensure that secondment strategies, objectives and guidelines are fully met. 

Experience & Skills 

•10 years relevant experience as HR Generalist, preferably within the Oil & Gas Industry. 
• Excellent administrative capabilities, communication skills, presentation & negotiation skills. 
• Proficiency in written and spoken Arabic and English. 
• Experience in handling contracts or agreements. 

Education 
•Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences or relevant. 


Job Title : LABORATORY SERVICES 
HEAD

Department HEALTHCARE 

Primary purpose of job 
• Direct, monitor and maintain the service delivery, strategic planning, development and operational management of QP 
Healthcare Laboratory Services.• Act as a corporate focal point for QP Healthcar eLaboratory Services. 

Experience & Skills 

• Minimum experience of 8 years as a Specialist Clinical Pathologist in a multi-disciplinary clinical laboratory to include 
Clinical Haematology, Clinical Biochemistry, Clinical Immunology and Microbiology, with a knowledge of basic Blood 
Banking and Serology. Of the 8 years, 3 years should have been in a managerial capacity (essential).• Experience in blood 
sampling techniques (essential).• Experience in results analysis and interpretation of different laboratory tests (essential).• 
Experience in the use of fully automated and computerized laboratory machines (essential). 

Education 

• Medical degree or MB BCh (essential).• Post-graduate degree in Clinical Pathology (essential).• Licensed to practice as 
Clinical Pathologist (essential) or to obtain it from Supreme Council of Health within 6 months after being appointed. 


Job Title: COMMERCIAL SECURITY 
HEAD 

Department FACILITIES MANAGEMENT 

Primary purpose of job 

To manage and optimize the protection of Qatar Petroleum (QP) commercial buildings in Doha, by planning and directing Doha commercial security division, implementing QP policies & procedures; monitoring operational incidents/activities and coordinating the Commercial Buildings’ security program, to ensure commercial buildings’ security meet QP, International practices, standards ,policies and complies with the laws of State of Qatar . 

Experience & Skills 

• Must have law enforcement security background or comparable military experience. 
• Twelve (12) years of industrial security/law enforcement or comparable military experience, with five (5) years at a managerial level. 
• Excellent time management, organization and priority setting skills, must have demonstrated leadership, problem solving and strong interpersonal skills. 
• Fluency in English. 
• Proven ability to organize, motivate and supervise multi-discipline teams. 
• Ability to work under pressure. 
• Computer literate with strong knowledge of computer based programs MS Word, Excel, and Power Point. 

Education 

Degree in security management or related field. 


Job Title: SECURITY OFFICER (DOH) 

Primary purpose of job 

• Plans and implements all operational/ administrative activities and deployment of security resources (i.e. manpower, equipment & systems).• To supervise all guard personnel assigned during the shift, to ensure that the security integrity of the facility is maintained. 

Experience & Skills 

• Eights (8) years of Security Guarding experience, with four years in supervisory level (large operational workforce).• In possession of a valid drivers license.• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and the ability to interact with a diverse 
Group of people.• Must have a good knowledge and back ground on electronic security systems and an administrative capability.• Proven ability to organize, motivate and supervise multi-discipline teams.• Ability to work under pressure.• Computer literate with strong knowledge of computer based programs MS Word, Excel, and Power Point. 

Education 

A Bahelor's Degree or an accredited (Higher National Diploma) in Security management.
