Our client is looking for an excellent sales & marketing professional having experience of managing complete Pakistan Province , aware of complete geography possessing ability to formulate & implement the business strategy across country.
Position - Consultant
Location - This position can work from any location of Pakistan depending on the candidates suitability.
Role & Responsibility:
This role exists to set up marketing related objectives and formulation of strategies to ensure their attainment within the Country and also to direct, plan and control the implementation of all marketing programs to achieve set objectives within allocated resources.
1.Business Planning & Strategy Support.
2.Business Development and Sales - Plan and oversee the execution of the sales efforts, contributing to organizational revenue and growth targets.
3.Market Penetration and Expansion - Strengthen the sub-dealer / Retailer network by developing new sub-dealers in line with store expansion strategies.
4.Showroom Planning, Design, Execution and Promotional activities.
5.Architects & Developers Engagement plan and execution.
6.Relationship building & maintenance - Maintain and nurture relationships with internal and external customers.
7.Key Account Management and Hospitality Projects
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS -
Post Graduate is preferred. Must be bi-lingual in both English and Local languages. Fluency in regional dialects is must.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
8- 12 years business development experience within the building/construction, sanitary ware or allied trade
