Experience: 6 years experience in accounts receivable ideally in the property development/real estate industry.
Job description.
Overall role:
To supervise, maintain and report accounts receivables and transactions across various companies in the organization, in accordance with company policies & procedures and applicable accounting/ reporting standards. Job holder will also be required to provide support in routine and ad-hoc tasks as directed by Senior Management & the AR Finance Manager.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & TASKS:
Screen and process documents received from AR Finance team, .Perform complex bank reconciliation of a high volume transaction bank accounts that include payments, receipts and bank adjustments.
Review AR related schedules (like AR ageing, deferred revenue, unapplied receipts, assignment fees, AR related accruals etc)
Reconcile AR Sub Ledger and the AR Schedules and ensure that they are maintained and reconciled with the General Ledger on a monthly basis.
Maintain / Verify AR accounting and transaction records and audit trails
Ensure Accounts Receivables accounts in the ERP are closed for the period within assigned deadlines.
Review and check that the reports/analysis are accurate (like aging reports, unapplied receipts report, etc.) as or when requested by management
