Exp - Min 10 years
1. Provide In house advisory guidance for establishment of best practices within the legal framework of the organization.
2. Drafting, vetting, negotiating, standardizing & closing of all types of business agreements, conveyance documents including MOU, LOI, power of attorney, NDA, affidavits etc required by company.
3. Coordinate with company lawyers for labor cases and other litigation matter & legal opinion.
