As a Facilities Supervisor covering a number of properties in your area, you will be leading a team
    in providing reactive and planned maintenance services directly to our customers, and
    undertaking maintenance and repairs when required.
    Ensure that all works are conducted to the highest safety and quality standards and in line
    with regulations.
    Manage effective stock control processes and ensuring optimum stock levels are
    maintained.
    Monitor progress and quality of work, managing performance, and planning and managing
    resource levels, including the on call rota. Through managing and encouraging the training
    and development of the team and being a positive agent for change.
    Assist the Facilities Manager in developing a first-class service to support complex, multidisciplined
    sites and the requirements of the client.
    Coordinate with operations so all activities meet and integrate with the groups
    requirements for HSEQ, legal and statutory requirements and general duty of care.
    Coordinate and update work orders in the CAFM system
    Complete all reports as required by the FM and clients.
    Develop and prepare all periodic progress, engineering and management reports, as
    required.
    Support the FM when new policies and procedures and implemented and KPI's and SLA's
    need to be monitored.
    5. Integrated Management System (IMS) Accountabilities
    (IMS accountabilities are default; please do not amend this section)
    To ensure all activities (including sub contractors) is carried out in conformance with IMS
    policies and procedures
    Ensuring H & S hazards and Environmental aspects are identified and managed.
    Authorization and provision of necessary resources for IMS
    Ensure training needs are identified, relevant training organised and monitor the training
    effectiveness
    Participate in accidents / incidents and near misses investigation and take corrective
    actions.
    Provide feedback to management on IMS performance
    To stop (or take appropriate actions) the work/activities being carried out in case of HSE
    violations/Unsafe acts
    Conduct H&S inspection as required
    Monitor and follow up on IMS inspections/audits/SAG Feedback
    Monitor the emergency preparedness and response plan
    Promote awareness and contribute towards Dont Walk By / Target Zero / SAG
    implementation
    Ensure appropriate IMS records are maintained at sites / departments.

    Diploma or certification in facilities management or engineering, a relevant business /commercial qualification is desirable.

    Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in facilities, project management or real estate
    is essential.
    Some experience of building maintenance / property management desirable but not
    essential.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and Outlook.
    Some knowledge of electrical, plumbing, civil engineering, airconditioning works is
    desirable.
    Some knowledge of using works management system or scheduling software preferred

    Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
    Excellent customer service skills.
    Ability to understand and prioritise workload.
    Able to organise, process and complete allocated jobs quickly and efficiently.
    Deadline driven and capable of working in a fast paced environment.
