- Engrity Inspection Services Inc. is an ISO 9001:2008, COR and CWB certified inspection organization based in Edmonton, AB Canada. We are currently looking to hire Multidiscipline QA/QC inspectors to join our team in Alberta, Canada.
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
Create and ensure all ITP stages are followed and complied.
Read piping isometrics, GA's and PID's.
Knowledge of ASME, API, NACE and AWS codes and standard.
Material receiving inspection and verification.
Maintaining welder qualification record.
Monitoring fit up and welding and carrying out final weld visual inspection.
Pre-hydro punching of piping systems.
Verifying all NDT completion releasing the piping for hydro test.
Witness hydro tests.
Final piping reinstatement inspection and witnessing applicable bolt torque.
Experience with weld mapping, logging, and as-built drawings.
Flange face inspection for damages.
Completing coating/painting inspection.
Pressure equipment inspection in the shutdown.
Manufacturer Record Book completion.
Coordination with clients and subcontractors.
- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Production / Welding Engineering.
CSWIP 3.1 / AWS / API / NACE Level 2 certification with 10+ years of experience.
Mandatory ILTES score with a minimum overall band 7 ( Listening must be 8)
Well Versed with ASME, API, NACE and AWS Construction codes.
Strong time management skills and ability to handle a multitude of tasks.
Self-motivated, organized and able to work in a high-pressure deadline driven environment.
Good computer skills, especially in the use of MS Office, Adobe, Blue beam.
Understands Quality Inspection Procedures, Tools, and Equipment.
