Quantity Surveyor

He should have good understanding of P&ID, equipment drawings, familiar with material specifications, standards, coating material specifications, Insulation work, Scaffolding work and the like. - Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Civil Engineering. Shall be qualified to at least NACE level-2

Welding Inspector
- Qualification: Mechanical/ Metallurgical Engineer with CSWIP 3.2.2 and 5 years post certification experience. The candidate shall have NDT level II in UT/PT/MT. Having API 510/570 will be added advantage.
Experience: Should have minimum 5 to 8 years experience in refinery /Petrochemical industries. Should have relevant experience ping / Pressure vessel repairs and fabrication in refinery /Petrochemical industries. Certification. Review of WPS, PQR, WQR, MTCs, Preparation & review of test packages
API Inspector
- Qualification: Mechanical/ Metallurgical Engineer with API 510 certification, Welding certification and 5 years post certification experience. The candidate shall have NDT level II in UT/PT/MT.
Experience: Should have 10 years relevant experience in inspection of Piping / Pressure vessel in refinery/ petrochemical industries. Shall have Knowledge of all refinery equipment, experience in witnessing of hydro tests of all equipment/piping, review of WPS, PQR, WQR, MTCs, review of test packages.
- Electrical Technician
- Qualification: Diploma in electrical engineering
Experience: Should have minimum 10 years of experience in oil & gas / petrochemical plants. He should have good communication skill in English both verbal and written. Candidate should have experience in site construction activities. He should also be able to supervise electrical activities related to installation, testing and commissioning of electrical equipment like distribution boards, modification in electrical Motor Control centers and power distribution panels etc. Hand-on experience shall be an added advantage
Instrument Technician
- Qualification: Diploma in Instrumentation
Experience: Should have minimum eight (8) years experience in site construction activities in oil & gas/petrochemical industries such as installation of transmitters, control valves, motor operated valves and flow meters. The candidate should have sufficient experience to supervise contractors for the installation, testing and commissioning of various instruments. PSV Technicians
- Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical / Metallurgy engineering
Experience: Ten (10) years of industrial experience and five (5) years in servicing and testing of pressure safety valves, valves etc. in refinery/ petrochemical industries. Should have Previous similar professional for at least for two (2) shutdowns related to Oil & Gas industry. Good experience in PSV maintenance activities like pre-pop, disassembly, assembly and final testing, tagging and the like. Good knowledge in inspection, repair and testing of gas service, liquid service spring actuated RVs, and Pilot operated RVs, Breather/vacuum beaker RVs and the like and trained by respective manufacturers.
Mechanical Technician
