4- Well versed with Custom formalities for Import , Export etc from SEZ/FTZ
Work Area :
1- Getting / acquiring FTZ guidelines , procedures.
2- Application for establishment of FTZ, follow up liasiing with various authorities , compliances, Document submission
3- Handled / experience in Land purchase , registration, survey , Certificate of occupancy , etc relating to land , and liasiing with Land Authorities, Ministries, and Advocates
4- Skill in drafting , analyzing MOU, contracts, requirements
5- After FTZ is set up and notified , on an ongoing way should be able to handle / lease the Customs clearances , formalities for Import / Export from FTZ
