- Roles and Responsibilities :
- Conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process
- Screening the candidates through job portal, linked-in etc.
- Handle end to end recruitment.
- Should have experience in Recruiting workers/Field Recruitment.
- Good Communication Skill and pleasant personality.
- Should have good Convincing Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English
- 3+ Years of Experience in Recruitment / Talent Hunting / Acquisition / Generalist
- Strong Social Media Skills for Talent Sourcing and Head Hunting
- A Go-Getter with ability to fill the openings within no time
- Ability to identify and evaluate right talent
- Strong Negotiation Skills
- Ability to work in a team and demonstrate leadership qualities
- Speaking fluent and English is must.
- Males candidate preferred
