Experience required- Experience in Construction, Power Plant, Thermal Power Plant, Combined Cycle Power Plant, CCPP, EPC, Infrastructure, Engineering business is required.
Job details-
Planning for Equipment Erection and Installation.
Installation, Erection and Commissioning of power Plant.
Testing & Commissioning of Equipments.
Transformer Erection and Testing and Commissioning of Control Panel and other accessories.
Experience in Power Plant Projects.
Preparation of cost to complete reports.
Preparation and review of Monthly Review Meets and monitoring the same.
Candidate profile:
Strong domain knowledge
Experience of working in Thermal Power or Combined Cycle Power Plant project.
Excellent Computer skills (MS Office)
Knowledge of Primavera

Job details-
Manage all construction activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction & coordination with site management activities.
Manage the Site for Smooth running & Progress the work for completion of the project in time schedule.
Conceptualize the detailed project reports; take off documents, Microsoft Project execution programme and project execution plans after thorough discussion with clients, selection of sites, project evaluation in terms of outlays and profits attached.
Establish time span of project execution as per client specifics.
List down the resource needs for projects, after considering the budgetary parameters.
Monitor/Discuss project status; review during periodic project review meetings.
Manage project activities throughout lifecycle, including the allocation of adequate resources, documentation and other factors necessary for success
Shall be responsible for Quality, Cost (budget) & delivery, safety parameters set by the client for the project.
Ensure that all civil activities within the designated areas are well planned, coordinated and be able to utilize all available resources in coordination with other functional Managers in directing and supervising all involved site personnel and subcontractors.
Leads and ensure all work groups are properly guided, in assembling and controlling the required resources (manpower, equipment, materials and tools required) to start and sustain the work efficiency and productivity until the completion of the project.
Inspects work in progress to ensure conformity with QA/Q C specifications and requirements, Industry Codes, Standards and Procedures, and provides technical advices to resolve problems.
Advises in determining and procurement of tools and materials to be delivered at specific times to conform to the workloads, plans and schedules.
Responsible for project Key Performance Indicators to determine accurate status of the project, making tactical decisions for allocating resources, and assigning staff requirements, to maintain project on target.
Performs department onboarding and induction relevant to procedures, guidelines, policies, etc.
Provide mentoring to technical staff, assigning duties as required
Candidate profile:
Strong domain knowledge
Experience of working in Planning & Billing function for a Thermal Power or Combined Cycle Power Plant project.
Strong understanding of Project Cash Flow planning, Performance Analysis, Recievables Planning, etc.
Excellent Computer skills (MS Office)
Knowledge of Primavera
Note- Bengali Language Native will be preferred. (Write/ Speak/ Read- Bengali) (Candidates with Knowledge of Bengali language will be preferred)
Bangladeshi Nationals will be Preferred.
