- Allocate / schedule vehicles to technicians for repairs as per skill matrix.
- Guide technicians on repairs & sublet jobs.
- Inform service advisor on estimates, additional repairs, parts replacement, delivery time revision etc.
- Understand policies & norms; Approve replacement parts/repairs under warranty norms;
- Monitor technician productivity, efficiency, utilization
