- Position : Technical Manager (Plant Maintenance)
Job Description
Position Summary :: Responsible for the day to day plant maint activities.
Specific Responsibilities ::
Responsible for maintaining all Equipment performance as per defined target .
Should ensure optimum utilization of resources - 4M
Ensure the Plant equipment & Machineries health condition at the Optimimum level.
Responsible for Plant equipment & Machines maintenance & Spare parts management.
Must have knowledge of IATF 16949, EMS & OHSAS.
Qualifications ::
Degree / Diploma in Electrical , Mechanical or Instrumentation Engg with 10 + years of experience of Plant maintenance of Electroplating Shop , Paint shop , Molding shop.
Exposure of handling greenfiled project Management, electrification from input to output will be prefered.
Should have expertise in handling & Management of Utilities vis. Chiiler , Rectifiers,Boilers , ETP.
Should have exposure to handle Exhaust Ventillatiion system, Air Make up system.
Excellent online trouble shooting skill. Should able to quickly ascertain the situation online.
Should have knowledge of industry standard PLC and HMI system implementation and programming
Must have experience to Machine installation , commissioning & errection.
Prefer the exposure to plant automation , developing SPM , working with Lean Concept.
Must have exposure to MIS, departmental KPI & presentation.
Must be able to read, write, and understand English.Understanding & speaking spanish will be prefered.
Must have exposure to the problem solving tools & technique as 7QC Tools.
Must be able to lead & give training to the shop floor team.

Handling PLC :: OMRON - CS & CV series , Mitsubishi Q & A Series , Allen Bradley
Programming Tools :: Cx-Programmer V2.1, Gx-Developer 7.0
Networking :: ControlNet, ProfiBus, Ethernet, DeviceNet
SoftSkill :: AutoCAD , Power Point , MS Office

Interpersonal Skills: Must be able to speak with the supporting departments & team.
Leadership Skills: Must be able to motivate employees to keep operations running smoothly.
