    • Follow Up for all In/Out is missing in the Time Sheet
    • Leaves Record Management (Consolidated & Individual)
    • Employee Queries and Grievances all sectors
    • Processing Employees Payroll
    • Invoices Follow-ups from every individual Sales person from all sectors
    • Invoice Coordination with Mumbai and Finance Team for all sectors
    • Coordination and confirmation for Visa Report with the Visa Team and Respective Countries for Incentives Calculation

    • Incentives calculation and coordination with every individual person & Mumbai Team
    • Incentives Slip coordination with every individual sales person
    • Manually processing and sending the salary slip to each employee
    • Fleet Management (Policies and Documents Management)
    • Employees Medgulf Enrollment in Timely manner
    • Maintenance of Employees Personal Folders and Softcopies Database
    • Fleet Authorization is done Manually as per the allocation on time to time
    • Fleet Insurance Renewals on time to time in advance as per the Expiry to avoid Penalties
    • Fleet Extra Keys Management (Supporting as and when required)
    • Fleet (Istimara) Renewals on time to time to avoid Penalties
    • Renewals for all the Driving License in timely manner to avoid Penalty
    • Accountable for all the ONLINE ABSHER Account for all the Car users to inform for any Traffic Violation
    • Record keeping all the cars which gets interchange on regular basis for tracking traffic violation
    • Record keeping of all the Vehicles Servicing and Parts changing history and reminding vehicle users for future servicing

    • Responsible for all Local hiring for any clients as per Ad-hoc request from any sales person for Building rapport with the Clients
    • Managing all the grievances related to Food and Shopping (groceries every weekend)
    • Managing Rooms and Beds for Employees and changes as per their Grievances
    • Managing all Mobile related issues (Reminding for Bills, Invoice and calls related issues, request related to Wi-Fi or addition deletion
    • Responsible for all MIS Reports related work as and when required
    • Managing and Ordering Business Cards personally at Printing Press for All Sales Persons
    • Responsible for fulfilling all requirements related to Office or Accommodations across all sectors
    • Processing full and final Settlements and Exit Formalities
    • Preparing policies related to any changes within the Organization or as per Law
    • Fulfilling all Ad-hoc requirements of Sponsor / Directors/ Managers / Employees on day to day basis

    Only Male Required.

    Salary: 2500 - 3000 SAR
