We are looking for a person who can manage and control the entire stage (lighting + sound) for big ticket events. Creativity is essential and not optional. Knowledge of dynamic lighting effects with 3D modelling would be added advantage.
Key Skills Required
- Stage Management (Live shows)
- Should have good knowledge of Lighting Design and connections needed for various stage setup lighting scenarios.- Should have knowledge of sound systems for live performances
- Should have knowledge of Visual Design Simulations including screen content management and good content software knowledge such as Watch out / Green Hippo / Pixeira etc
- Setup and manage light and sound mixer and other content hardware equipment to ensure optimum seamless results- Knowledge of sound & light equipment is essential
- Must keep abreast of the latest lighting and sound technologies and trends in the audio video projection and screen industry to stay competitive and relevant
- Technical aptitude
- Should have managed a team in the past. Sound Leadership skills required
- Good analytical and logic building Skills.
- Familiarity with other 3D/Animation software preferred
- Excellent hearing and manual dexterity
Software/Hardware Knowledge
- Stage Lighting Console: DMX controls
- Media Processing/Mapped Projections : Pixera, Watchout, Green Hippo
- Basic: Photoshop, Illustrator
- Audio mixer console
- Advanced knowledge of computer systems, both PCs and Apple
Added Advantage
- 3D/Animation : Autodesk Maya, 3D Max, V-Ray, Keyshot, Adobe After Effects
- Knowledge of DJ mixing consoles and music mixing softwares would be an added advantage
- Stage Lighting Console: DMX controls
- Media Processing/Mapped Projections : Pixera, Watchout, Green Hippo
- Basic: Photoshop, Illustrator
- Audio mixer console
- Advanced knowledge of computer systems, both PCs and Apple
Added Advantage
- 3D/Animation : Autodesk Maya, 3D Max, V-Ray, Keyshot, Adobe After Effects

Experience Required
- Should have at least 3-5 years experience in managing the entire stage content (audio-visual) for big ticket events
- Up to date with the latest 3D trends and cutting edge technology
- Ability to create texture channels using techniques like light baking/normal mapping/occlusion mapping etc
- Sound understanding of colour, contrast, value, detail, and good lighting principles when creating textures and materials.
- Knowledge of 3D animation would be an additional advantage
- Understanding acoustics and troubleshooting sound equipment with quick fixes. Should be skilled at problem solving and resolve technical issues when they arise.
- Technical expertise in sound engineering techniques (e.g. equalization)
- Experience with sound editing and recording equipment (e.g. mixing consoles)
