Our client is a Resort/Lodge based in the interiors of East Africa close to nature and wildlife/safari.
- Managing all segments of a resort/lodge which will be to oversee all aspects of Property Management in accordance with Company mission statement,
- Including maximization of financial performance,
- Guest satisfaction, and
- Staff development within established quality standards
- Qualification: Hotel Management and M.B.A (Preferred)
- At least 5 years of experience in managerial position.
- Strong background in F&B Services.
- Previous experience in handling western tourists.
- Previous experience in Africa will MUST
- Previous experience in Safari/Jungle resort is preferred
