  • Coordinate Multiple Projects

  • Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
  • Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine and ensure that the specifications of projects are met.
  • Daily email checks for correspondence from associated stakeholders
  • Preparing regular progress reports for project sponsors. Produce reports on each project at agreed intervals, and whenever substantive actions (including payments from client) are required.
  • Project monitoring and control.
  • Issuing milestone completion certificates and recommends for payment.
  • Adopting any delegation and use of project assurance roles within agreed reporting structures
    1. He must be a PRINCE2 Practitioner or PMP Certified.
    2. He must be a registered member of an engineering professional body.
    3. He must possess a minimum of first degree in any of the engineering fields.
    4. He must possess a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience in the oil and gas industry.
    5. He must have good knowledge of project financials, an understanding of profit and loss as well as the skill of creating and sticking to a project budget.
    6. He must have reasonable experience in LPG sphere construction (An Added advantage
    7. Must have relevant experience in Coordination of Multiple projects 
    8. He must be able to exhibit the following leadership skills:

    Persuasive skills
    Team leadership skills
    Ability to work under pressure 
    Excellent inter-personal skills
