- 3-5 years of experience in plastic manufacturing, preferably in gulf countries.
- Should have valid passport.
Job description:
- Machine troubleshooting and repair in minimum time.
- Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic system and troubleshooting.
- Experience in thermoforming, extruder, rewinder, and press machine.
Major Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, control, and monitor the electrical maintenance activities efficiently.
- Troubleshoot any electrical problems on the line while in production.
- Monitor the electrical equipment at regular intervals and conduct preventive maintenance.
- Maintain electrical motors, transformers, substation, and electrical panels.
- Ensure proper maintenance of electrical tools and with proper calibration and records to meet and comply the ISO/ BRC records.
- Ensure all machines and auxiliary equipment are working, and in optimal condition according to machine supplier standard output parameters for optimal speed output.
- Suggest and implement improvements in design and method of production for improved machine output and solve operational issues.
- Take care of any mechanical problems arising with any of the machineries through preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance as per schedule to ensure optimal machine output and minimal downtime.
- Assist in new product and machine introduction/ commissioning.
