BUILDING ESTIMATORS
We Require Cost Estimators to work on UK building projects, based in our new Kathmandu office. Successful candidates will be involved in estimating all types of domestic building projects.
Location: Initial training in Pune India
Post-training, companies new Technical Services Centre in Kathmandu, Nepal.

Requirements:
Candidates must be fluent in English
Educated to minimum B.E. Civil.
Must have good communication and computer skills.
Candidate Should be Born and Based In Kathmandu Nepal
Induction Training:
Four months paid, systems training will be provided at the companys Technical Services Center in PUNE, INDIA and following a qualifying period, advanced training in Manchester, United Kingdom.
Duties:
Using industry leading in-house developed software systems.
You will be trained to appraise, estimate and adjudicate the costs of building projects.

Training Salary: NPR 45,000 month.
Post Training: NPR 45,000 to 100,000 month.
