Vacancy for Mechanical Maintenance ( Cashew Shelling )
For a reputed Cashew Plant in Kenya..
Location: Mombasa, Kenya
Experience: Minimum 2yrs exp
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct regular maintenance on machinery
- Assemble mechanical components according to specifications.
- Blade Sharpening and Fixing as per SOP. ( Wholes 90 % & Uncut Ratio less than 15 % )
- Design a plan of action for all maintenance tasks and upgrades.
- Maintain work logs, repairs, and maintenance down time records
- Monitor Spares inventory and order new parts when necessary.
- Mechanic Operator Perform on Production Target without fail
- Meet Quality standard Product to be produced
- Welding , MS , SS Knowledge
Desired Candidate Profile
- ITI or Diploma Mechanic
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of FMGG equipment and mechanical systems.
- Strong attention to detail with an aptitude for problem-solving.
