Shutdown Planner
Salary =9000 + FAT
Qualifications and Experience
The Shutdown Planners/scheduler shall be competent and qualified with a B.Sc. Degree in Engineering, having at least five (5) years or diploma in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum eight (8) years planning experience in Refineries, Petrochemical / Oil & Gas project related experience or , with good command of English, both spoken and written. The Shutdown Planner shall have fully operational level of capability/skill of Project Planning tools {Primavera and Microsoft Project (latest version)} and good knowledge in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (SAP/MAXIMO etc.). He shall have experience in repair/replacement works of static equipment (Fired Heaters, Columns, Air coolers, Heat Exchangers, Vessels, Reactor etc.), Piping replacement jobs. Should be able to read, understand and interpret Engineering drawings, Piping Isometric Drawings, P & ID, PFD, equipment manuals and other technical papers.
Instrument Engineer
Salary = 8000 +FAT
Qualifications and Experience
The Instrument Engineer shall have a degree in Instrumentation / Control System Engineering, have good command of English, both spoken and written, minimum ten (10) years experience in maintenance activities in oil & gas/petrochemical industries. The candidate should have good understanding of various systems such as DCS & ESD systems. Knowledge on hazardous area classification, smart field instruments and interface with DCS/PLC is necessary. The candidate should have a good understanding of the various instrumentation-engineering drawings
such as datasheet, loop drawings, hookup drawings, cable schedule, termination drawings etc.
Civil Engineer (Projects/PCR)
Salary =8000 + FAT
Qualifications and Experience
a) BSc in Civil Engineering with minimum 8 years of work experience in respective engineering field.
b) Knowledge & proven experience of Concrete Rehabilitation Works, Structural Steel Works & Industrial Painting.
c) High proficiency in English language.
d) Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
e) Able to read, interpret & use engineering drawings, specifications and technical
reports.
Quantity Surveyors
Salary = -3500 + FAT
Qualifications and Experience
Quantity Surveyors shall have a Degree in Engineering or Science or Quantity Surveying with a minimum of ten (10) years experience as a Quantity Surveyor in Plant maintenance/Shutdown, construction activities such as Piping / Equipment related to Petrochemical/Oil & Gas Industry. He shall have experience in repair/replacement works of static equipment (Fired Heaters, Columns, Air coolers, Heat Exchangers, Vessels, Reactor etc.), Piping replacement jobs. Should be able to read, understand and interpret Engineering drawings, Piping Isometric Drawings, P & ID, PFD, equipment manuals and other technical papers. He shall be familiar with material specifications, standards, coating material specifications, Insulation work, Scaffolding work and the like. Conversant in all latest computer software packages including MS Word and MS Excel. He shall have good command of English, both written and spoken. The candidate must be physically fit to work in Oil & Gas environment, working at heights, confined spaces/vessel entry to carry out job. He shall have confined space entry training and medical fitness certificate.
Quantity Surveyors (Civil)
Salary = 4000 + FAT
Qualifications and Experience
Quantity Surveyors shall have a degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying with a minimum of 7 years experience as QS mainly in industrial coating, lining, fire proofing activities on Structure / Piping / Equipment related to Petrochemical / Oil & Gas Industry. Should be able to read, understand and interpret Engineering drawings, Piping Isometric Drawings, Structural Drawing, and P&ID. He shall have NACE certification and be familiar with coating material specifications, standards. He shall have good command of English, both written and spoken and conversant in all latest computer software packages including MS Word and MS Excel.
b) Physically fit and willing to enter inside confined space/ manholes / standpipes and other critical equipment for assessment of coating/surface preparation requirements able to work at heights. He shall have confined space entry training and medical fitness certificate.
c) Thorough knowledge about various surface preparation methods, coating application technique and quality control procedures.
d) Hands on experience to prepare daily reports as required and plan / take action to complete all work in time.
e) Shall have good command of English, both spoken and written.
Instrument Technicians (Field)
Salary = 1700 +FAT +OT
Qualifications and Experience
Instrument Technicians shall have a Three Years Diploma in
Instrumentation/Control Systems Engineering or equivalent with minimum eight (8) years of experience as Instrument Technician in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry in the installation, maintenance, repair and overhaul of a wide variety of pneumatic, electrical and electronic instrumentation and Control/Plant Safety Systems.
Safety Technicians (Access Control)
Salary = 2800 + FAT
Qualifications and Experience
Safety Technicians shall have completed twelve (12) years secondary school education or equivalent or higher and shall have minimum five (5) years of experience as Safety staff in Petrochemical or Oil & Gas. Shall be adequately qualified with valid certificates to perform safety inspections. Shall have a good command in English, both written and spoken.
ETS (ENERGY TECHNICAL SERVICES W.L.L) will provide Food, sharing accommodation and transport (FAT) for the said categories.
