* Ensures that Team Schedules are fair, manpower are fully recognize and as per guidelines
* Knows characteristics of successful Team members in each position
* Actively works to improve Team Retention by creating and maintaining a positive work environment
* Rewards and recognizes Team members and other managers for great performance and accomplishments
* Matches tasks to talents and appropriately follows up with support when needed
* Communicates information to entire Team and shows leadership in selling ideas, values, mission, vision and 'One Team, One Dream' concept
* Use "real-time" coaching techniques to improve Team performance
* Provides direct, honest feedback to Team members on an ongoing basis inclusive of reviews

* Communicates with Guests using positive language
* Focuses on specific guest focused behavior when guiding team members for improvement
* Making it clear during interactions with teams that doing "What's Best for the Guest?" is the top priority
* Sets the example of HOT FOOD GO! at all times
