Functionally Reports to (FRT): Sales Manager
Administratively Reports to (ART): Business Head
Job Objectives-
Job is to develop customer base for company's product range (i.e. Bread Improvers and Preservatives, Bakery Mixes, Release Agents, Glazing Agents and Baking Powder etc.) of Bakery Ingredients. To identify potential bakeries for company's products in assigned territory and plan a strategy to cater the same.
Conduct regular trials at customer place to educate them for various product offerings and generate sales volume.
Job Responsibilities -
Sales Development - To meet customers and promote product range as applicable. To facilitate in development of sales strategy, processes and procedure.
To manage the implementation of all the relevant applicable SOP's. To ensure sales transactions are executed as per given prices and policies.
Day to Day Management - To facilitate the different product managers in developing dealer network in and around the assigned territory.
To travel across the territory and in various region across West Africa / Nigeria to identify market potential, develop customer relations and pass on the leads to Product Managers.
To facilitate the sales/product managers in processing leads, logistics and distribution of the material to the customers.
To performs sales activities for various customers in close coordination with Sales/Product Manager.
Customer Relationships - To manage the correspondence between the sales team and their customers, develop customer relations and intimacy.
To facilitate FRT/ART in building accurate profiling for the customer to explore new business opportunities and right product promotion.
Sales Targets - To ensure Sales Targets are achieved as per assigned product and region/key accounts wise through managing the effective sales strategy and follow-up to ensure accomplishment of sales operational plans.
To assess the various information tools, identify business opportunities and pinpoint bottleneck areas to further increase sales volume, market share and profitability
Reporting - To prepare all applicable reports in time for accuracy and in order to ensure that they match the functional requirements, policies and standards.

Salary: 15000-18000 Usd/annum + Bachelor Accommodation+ Airfare+ Transport+ Medical+ Other Benefits
1. B.Sc (Food Science / Chemistry).
2. MBA / Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing (Preferred)
3. Post Qualification Experience of minimum 02 + years would be needed in selling of Bakery Ingredients to the Bakeries.
